this cortijo with a good size outbuilding and a generous 1,913m2 plot is situated close to algarinejo in the granada province of andalucia, spain. both properties are in need of renovation, at present there is well water but town water and electricity could be connected if you did not want to rely on solar panels. you approach the properties from a short semi private track which leads to the outbuilding, turning left you enter the main cortijo into a large ground floor reception room off which there are 3 further good size rooms. stairs take you to the large open first floor space that still has the animal pens and there is access out onto a terrace with views over your land and the countryside. back outside the outbuilding has 2 entrances, the first leads to 2 storage rooms on the upper level, the second entrance to the side leads into 2 lower level rooms being used as stables at present. behind the outbuilding is a large, sunny level space which would be an ideal area to add a pool.
