apartment located in the new area of torre del mar, just 15 minutes walk from the center and very close to all kinds of services. located in torre del mar (málaga). a lively area not only in summer, but all year round. with one of the best climates in europe, where you can enjoy the area both in winter and summer. the apartment is located in a recently built building, accessible without stairs to the elevator. composed of a hall, or entrance, a bedroom with a 135cm double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub in the master bedroom, two more bedrooms with two 90cm single beds, an independent kitchen, a living-dining room, a second bathroom with a shower. and parking space sheets and towels on request, the price is €3/person-stay, includes bed linen and bath and sink towels. the kitchen is equipped with the essentials to spend a few days. it has a community pool, seasonal (june-september), the summer of 2021 is open, subject to regulations. both check-in and check-out are carried out remotely.
