it is a lot of two plots together located in the area of benimantell known as fontetes and which is currently planted with olive and pine trees. access is simple and easy via a paved road and the farms have several terraces where you can rest and watch the guadalest reservoir. from very close to the farm, the trekking path that descends to the lake begins. it is a very quiet place surrounded by nature and with easy parking, whose terraces can be hidden from view and with a lot of privacy. it is ideal for weekends or holidays and as it is a protected area it cannot be built.
