located on the new promenade of torrevieja. with a façade of over 50m in length facing the mediterranean.this premises is part of an exclusive project consisting of 20 residences of up to 197 square meters, a basement for garages, storage rooms, and a ground floor for commercial use.the minimalist design of the building and the meticulously selected top-quality materials make this building a benchmark on the coastline of the costa blanca.the initial conception was to create the image of a large white rock facing the sea, reminiscent of the mountains of sea salt piled up in the salt flats of torrevieja. to achieve the desired effect, capri limestone was chosen for the façade, as it is a marine-origin carbonate sedimentary rock that is undoubtedly a gem of nature, conveying a sober elegance to the façade.
