this well maintained town house is martos, jaén province was once two separate dwellings. on a raised pavement above the street, the entrance door leads into a dining area. off this is a living room, the kitchen ahead and one flight of stairs. through the good sized kitchen is the door to the bathroom and one of the patio areas with outbuildings. also from the kitchen is access to another dining area, the back door access to another long patio, the two patios could easily be opened up into one big area. the second set of stairs is off this second dining area, they lead up to a bedroom on the landing, two other bedrooms and another landing where the first set of stairs meet. from this landing there are two rooms or bedrooms and stairs up to a large attic space consisting of two rooms. electric and water are connected, the roof is good and in part has been replaced. this is a great house to live in and update slowly.
