this property is in the newer part of martos and within walking distance to the tree lined avenue with it´s bars, restaurants and pizza parlours. martos is about an hour from cordoba and about the same from granada. the front door opens into the living room with stairs to first floor on the far right. straight ahead is the kitchen diner and further on is a small patio with metal staircase to an open terrace. on the left of the patio is a bathroom and next to that a storage and laundry room. by this at the back of the property is another room with a traditional fireplace and right at the back another storage room. on the first floor to the right of the stairs is the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and a small sitting room to the right of the stairs. on the second floor are two more bedrooms.
